Why we like it
Obtained from Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes grown in the Rubicone valley. Once harvested the grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed by a pneumatic press. The juice is chilled to allow a cold settling before adding selected yeasts. The fermentation occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15- 18°C to ensure freshness and a fruity aroma. Afterwards wines are blended, then cold stabilized before being bottled.
