The colour is deep ruby red. Bouquet rich and complex with notes of ripe dark cherry, herbs, and vanilla. Full-bodied, smooth, ample with a very long finish.

Tasting Notes
Why we like it
Obtained from Negroamaro, Primitivo and Merlot grapes grown in Apulia. This wine is made using the method called “Appassimento”. The dried grapes are fermentated at a temperature of 28°C, keeping the skins perpetually immersed in the must with soft punching down. After the wine has completed its malolactic fermentation, it is aged at least for two years in oak before bottling.
Pairings
It is perfect to pair with tasty dishes, grilled meat or stew, aged cheese and caramelized fruit.
