Tasting Notes

The colour is gentle pink with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity with notes of cherry. On the palate is dry, fresh and lively.

Why we like it

It is a semi-sparkling rosé wine obtained from red grapes grown in Veneto. Its gentle pink color is obtained by an accurate "white" winemaking followed by a second fermentation in a closed steel tank to obtain a fine and natural perlage by the Martinotti- Charmat method.

Pairings

This rosè is perfect as an aperitif pairing light finger food, sandwich with Mortadella or fried appetizers.
